Rules And Management Policies

In Order to make your stay as pleasant as possible, the Management requests your co-operation in observing the following as an agreement between the guest and the "Mango Tree Farm" Resort under which rooms are permitted to be used by the guest(s):-

1. Valid ID Proof

Valid photo ID required for all guests during Check-in. Names, IDs, and details of all persons staying in the room are required. Indian residents: Aadhaar / Driving Licence / PAN / Passport. Foreign nationals: Passport / Visa if applicable.

2. Tariff and Bill Settlement

The tariff is for the Room and Meals only, extra Meals and other services are available at extra cost. For any queries, please contact the Manager. Bills must be settled on arrival, personal cheques are not accepted.

3. Check-in/ Check-out

For One Day Stay: Check in time - 12:30 pm & Check out time - 10:30 am.
For One Day Picnic: Check in time - 10:00 am & Check out time - 06:00 pm.
Guests are requested to checkout on time, inform the reception if you wish to retain your room beyond the checkout time. The extension will be given depending on the availability. If the room is available, the normal tariff will be charged.

4. Cancellation Policy

Full amount will be refunded if cancellation is requested at least 10 days prior to arrival date. Before 3 days, 50% advance will be refunded. Within 3 days of arrival date no refund will be issued.

5. Guest Belongings

Guests are particularly requested to lock the door of their rooms when going out or going to bed. The Management will not in any way whatsoever be responsible for any loss / or damage to the Guests belongings or any other property from either the hotel room or the locker or any other part of the hotel for any cause whatsoever including theft of pilferage.

6. Guests

Any Friends, Family of Non-registered Guests are not allowed to use any of the cottages, villas, common areas. Inviting strangers into the guest rooms, to use the facilities and or amenities is prohibited.

7. Swimming Pool Usage Rules

Proper swimming costume required while using the swimming pool facilities and take shower before entering the pool. Children must be accompanied by an adult in the pool. Management is not responsible for any loss or damage to any personal property, injury, disability or fatality arising from whatsoever reasons while exercising or playing in the swimming area.

8. Smoking and Alcohol Consumption

Smoking and Drinking Alcohol is strictly prohibited in the common areas, including pool, garden areas, verandahs, passage areas, Dining and other common areas.

9. Illegal Substances

Possession or consumption of any illegal drugs/substances strictly prohibited and will be subject to legal action.

10. Loud Music

Music, televisions etc. should be played at a level so as not to disturb the other guests. No loud music allowed in cottages, villas and public areas.

11. Pets

Pets are not allowed in the Property.

12. Hazardous Goods

Bringing goods and/or storing of fireworks, or any other article of a combustible or hazardous nature and/or prohibited goods and/or goods of objectionable nature is prohibited.

13. Damage to Property

The guest will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the resort property caused by themselves, their guests or any person for whom they are responsible.

14. Refund & Claims

We are a farm stay experience and are away from the city. Electricity power cuts occur but we have a generator backup. No refunds shall be given for any unexpected appliance, mechanical, drainage, water system, utility (electricity or water supply) or other failures or breakdowns. We will use our best efforts to correct any such issues at the earliest possible. Based on our location, it may need some time to fix these.

Also please take care while walking around the property. It is a natural farm so visitors and guests shall access all areas in and around the Property at their own risk and responsibility. Visitors and guests indemnify, waive and release any claims against us for any loss or injuries etc. for whatsoever reason.

15. Management Rights

It is agreed that the guest will conduct him/ herself in a respectable manner and will not cause any nuisance or annoyance within the hotel premise.The Management has the right to request any guest to vacate his/her room or other areas of the hotel.

16. Photographs and Videos

Using photographs and videos taken in the hotel for commercial or public purposes is illegal.

THE MANAGEMENT RESERVES TO ITSELF THE RIGHT TO ADD TO, OR ALTER OR AMEND ANY OF THE ABOVE TERMS, CONDITIONS AND RULES WHICH ARE A PART AND AN ABSTRACT OF THE LODGING ACT.
